Construction and Facility Services (CFS)

CFS is dedicated to provide information on Construction, Facility Management capabilities, and Operations standards for our schools, including Support Services and Administration. Here you can review new schools scheduled for replacement, expansions, relief plans, and renovations.

In addition, the CFS partnership with the Construction Oversight Committee allows HISD to ensure that all funds for school facilities are spent wisely, and that citizens are kept informed on the progress of construction projects. Through this site, visitors will have access to schedules, budget information, and other data regarding current capital projects.

Planning and Design Standards
