- Replacement of inefficient HVAC and lighting equipment that has reached end of useful life
- Identify and correct all HVAC system inefficiencies and optimize HVAC and building system operations.
- Implement Energy Management System to reduce utility and operating costs and identify energy efficiency opportunities.
